We got off to a rough start as Rodney was not communicating with me very much and the project took much longer than what he had estimated it would take. There were times when he made appointments to call and I either never heard from him or there were technical difficulties on his end (no internet, phone not working etc). On the weekend we were scheduled to launch the website I found some issues and tried to communicate those to him so we could fix them and he never really responded to me, so I had to just figure out how to fix the issues myself which was very frustrating. In the end Rodney did call and give me some directions and training on how to add things to the site and offered his support email if I need to contact him in the future. He told me he would send some written directions on what we had discussed, but I have not gotten those yet. While the communication was a struggle, when I was able to speak to Rodney he was very helpful and patient with my requests. I am happy with the new website and the features that he added to it. It is just a shame that I spent many days feeling frustrated and ignored during the process....
