Overall, she was timely with her communication and "completed" the task in a short turnaround. Where I got frustrated was comments of "it's a constraint of the software" but I was able to make those changes on my own and found a workaround to make the website more uniform. I ended up making several changes on my own....

Sorry everything wasn't how you envisioned. As I explained, there are constraints with the editor, including keeping within the gridlines which can often be frustrating. I hope your fixes followed these grids, or when viewed from a smaller screen/tablet the information will be skewed or stacked. Hope you scored well on your project :)... 0,0
