Josh from Lead Hippo did a good job with what he was asked to do on our website. There were some delivery time and communication issues, I needed to reach out multiple times before he engaged with the project but once he engaged, he followed through. We had 2 video calls (initial and final), and the rest was email and during our initial call I mentioned I had a tight timeline. He had some ideas on how to structure the site when I pointed out what exactly I wanted done and he was able to accomplish most of it using the parameters set by Wix. Some things he was not able to accomplish but I am not sure it was his fault more a Wix issue. I did need to carefully watch his work because there were some formatting issues he did not catch. If you are looking for a professional that will provide ideas and help you to create an amazing website from the ground up, my impression is this is not the company for you. If you have a really good idea what you want done, you have a good eye for detail and you are willing to constantly monitor their work, they will get what you want done with your website. I can confidently say my site is better now than when we began our relationship. My rating is based on value for the cost and issues mentioned above. ...

I am sorry you feel this way Alben. You mentioned a tight timeline, so I turned around a proposal to you within a couple of hours of our call on April 1. You agreed to the workflow process proposal the next day by midday. I sent the invoice and the request for contributor access to your site that evening. You paid the invoice and granted access on April 3. I was unavailable for a couple of day, but did let you know. I completed all of the proposed updates by the end of the weekend on April 7.
Beyond that date, I helped with updates and formatting that already existed with your site before I began any work. All of these additional tasks were outside of my scope of work in your accepted proposal. I charged you to create and setup a booking process to allow your clients to pay online for your services.
From the initial proposal, I gave you my price and told you I couldn't deviate and you accepted the price. To award 3-stars because of the cost and your feelings about it is completely unprofessional.
