Quick communication initially but stopped after I had questions about my site. ...

Thanks for the review, we are always quick with our communication. As we had the call we were told that the website is all done and you'll be able to manage from there on call. Post that the website was submitted as done. Also in regards to the time frame it was 2am.
To avoid future miscommunication kindly mention all the questions, also in case we don't reply atleast give us 24hours to get back to you within.... 0,0

Engage at your discretion. Communication is very poor, have to keep repeating the same thing even for the simplest thing; email.
I've got the whole Whatsapp chat log if you would to have a reference.
PS: I'm not looking for any form of service recovery, just want to provide transparent feedback to other clients....
