This professional contributed very little beyond what I had already created, and the scant work completed did not justify the four hours billed. Even basic details, such as properly centering text, were overlooked even when reminded, requiring me to go in and make corrections myself....

Thank you for your kind review. As in many cases, the truth lies somewhere in the middle. You are upset that I did not continue to edit the site after the time allotted expired. You did not mention the numerous versions of graphics you sent, as you could not make up your mind. I have all the Zoom meetings recorded. Therein lies the truth....
