As a Wix expert, I had the pleasure of working on the Data2Care project, a website dedicated to providing innovative data solutions in the healthcare sector. My goal was to create a professional, user-friendly website that effectively communicates Data2Care's services and expertise.

Javeria and her team were patient with the numerous changes to the design, and even created the site with dummy articles to illustrate what the final product would look like. It took a while to finalise the site, but she was there all the way. She also walked me through the process of editing the site once it was finalised.

Did the work but not polished. The colour scheme, nor font, nor theme was the same as the rest of the website. All to which I had to change and adjust myself.  After multiple attempts to connect to get a walk through of what they did and how to use the new platform properly it was not responded too. Had to do a lot of adjustments and changes myself after as well as completely change the layout of the services as it doesnt work with the flow of the program.

It's been 10-15 days since we completed your order, and we believe the performance issues you're experiencing are due to the numerous edits and changes you requested and you did yourself too. You are having alot of hidden pages which causes these issues too .

To clarify, our agreement was for website redesign, not SEO or accessibility services. Despite this, we delivered a luxury design with desktop and mobile responsiveness, completed SEO steps, and provided multiple layout options.

We must say that your communication throughout the project was unappreciative and rude. You also requested several extras outside the original scope and payment. Nevertheless, we maintained professionalism and delivered quality work.

I hired her to redesign my website for a professional look, better performance, and SEO, but the experience was disappointing. Website speed is still low, and the quality didn’t meet expectations. Communication was poor — replies often took days, and when I raised concerns, she mentioned a family emergency. I was patient and gave extra time, but the project, promised in 7–10 days, dragged on for weeks and remains incomplete. I also made the mistake of clearing payment early.

The final completion was great and Javeria and her team managed to create the website that I was looking for. It needed to very functional. It take longer than we initially thought but we got there in the end and I received support all along the way. Communication was good and even after completing the project I have had support and they have offered this since completing the project. I would certainly use DevifySol again.
