I wanted a basic website and they gave me a premium one and charged me an extra $250! They won't refund. I asked for them to change to a basic website and they refused. Also, they have be terrible with communication. Don't use them! They will upsell without your knowledge....

I would put in less if possible. Brandon Barnes and Jose Aparcedo never looked at the running website I created for them to duplicate. a simple one page and to copy the "about-us" literally "as is" which even a month later they did not bother to review. they lie about returning money and its been a month of them flopping around to create a one pager and copy an existing section. Both sites were provided. living sites not just documentation....

Terrible. Every Step of the Way. My project is not yet complete and I have yet to see a draft. I initially reached out via the Wix Marketplace. My first attempt, no response, I had a meeting sched with "Alex" via their Calendly app and he no showed the online meeting, I then had a second meeting with Alex when he missed the meeting, and then called me after the fact. Dumb me. Signed up for their 2-3 Website redesign package in December. I have yet to see a draft. 500 Word limit....
