Yamato B2 Cloud and Click Post CSVs, built from your orders
No spreadsheet step: pick orders, pick a carrier, download
Checks names, addresses and postal codes before download
Recipient data stays in your browser - never stored or sent
Still retyping each order into your carrier's system, or reformatting an order export in a spreadsheet? Japan Shipping Label CSV reads your unfulfilled store orders and builds the file for you, in the import layouts of Yamato Transport (B2 Cloud) and Japan Post (Click Post). Tick the orders, choose Yamato B2 or Click Post at the top of the page, and press the download button.
Before you download, the pre-export check list shows, order by order, a name or address that is too long, a character the label cannot print, a postal code that is not seven digits and, for Yamato, a missing phone number. Fix recipient details right on the page; the orders in your store are not changed. You can open the file preview to see what will be in it.
Recipient names, addresses and phone numbers are handled in your browser and are never stored or sent out.
Good to know: the interface is in Japanese and the app covers orders shipped within Japan. Yamato B2 Cloud requires your own Yamato business contract; Click Post needs no carrier contract. Basic (free): up to 30 orders a month. Pro: unlimited.
