Help Desk & Support Tickets turns a contact form into a support request your customer can follow. Somebody asks you something and gets a reference on the screen straight away. They come back to the same element, type it in, and read your answer. You work through the queue in your dashboard, reply, and move each request along. This app never sends an email, and that is the point. The reference is how an answer reaches somebody, so nothing can land in spam, bounce, or go to an address they no longer have. Anyone signed in to your site sees their own requests without typing a reference at all. There is no cap on requests, replies, messages or placements on any plan, and no badge, no watermark and no name of ours on your site, ever. It is not a chat and not a robot. Nobody has to be online, nothing is generated, and there is no meter to run out. It takes no payment, stores no file and needs no other app installed. Pro adds several help desks, topics with a reply-by target, saved replies and a priority. Business adds a spreadsheet import, a change record, a satisfaction rating, and closing answered requests that have gone quiet.
