Since 19 June 2026, EU law requires every shop selling to EU consumers to offer a withdrawal function on its website (Article 11a of Directive 2011/83/EU, inserted by Directive (EU) 2023/2673): a permanent "Withdraw from contract here" button, a form identifying the consumer and order, a separate confirmation step, and an acknowledgement of receipt. EU Withdrawal Button helps your site address these requirements. It places a floating button or footer bar on every page, in the visitor's own language (English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese), with wording that follows the statute. Visitors fill in a short form and confirm on a separate step, then get a printable receipt with a reference and timestamp; paid plans can also email that acknowledgement. Every declaration lands in your dashboard with the customer, order, goods, reason and status, exportable as CSV. When the order number and email match a store order, the app notes it there and can cancel the order for you. You're notified in your dashboard and by mobile push, with an optional email copy. Add the button, and your site is set up to receive and record withdrawal requests as the directive describes.
