Let shoppers try fabric swatches, material samples and finishes before choosing a full-size product. Karelia Sample Credit connects physical sample products to matching products, adds a sample button to product pages and supports product-specific discount credit from qualifying paid sample orders. Sample purchases use your existing cart, checkout, inventory and fulfillment. Choose the credited percentage, unit cap and validity period from purchase date. Credits use unique, one-use discount codes for the connected product. Customers find their code on the matching product page using the same account, or the same browser for guest purchases. Use the private dashboard to review source orders, credits and redemptions, and retry credit processing when needed. After a source order is canceled or refunded, review unused-credit revocation in the dashboard and retry processing when needed. Requires Stores and supports legacy and current catalogs. Codes can be shared and are not buyer-locked. Shipping and tax are excluded; unused value does not roll over. Converted-currency orders and mandatory sample customizations are outside this version.
