Обзор Booking List Print & CSV

  • Day and week booking sheets on screen, with busier days shaded in the week view
  • A4 portrait PDF of one day, for printing
  • UTF-8 CSV of one day with the standard columns
  • Reads no customer names, phone numbers or email addresses
Bookings are kept in a calendar, which is handy on screen but harder to hand to a team member as a paper schedule for the day. Shops, salons and classes that print a daily sheet, or pass a list to a spreadsheet, often end up copying it by hand. Booking List Print & CSV adds a page to the site dashboard. Pick a date and the app lays out the time, service, staff member and head count of each booking as a table, in a day view or a week view, with busier days shaded darker in the week view. A sheet can be saved as an A4 PDF or exported as a CSV. The free plan covers one day at a time as an A4 portrait PDF and a UTF-8 CSV. Pro adds week and period sheets (up to 31 days), sheets by staff member or service, A4 landscape, 58 mm and 80 mm receipt widths, a Shift-JIS CSV intended for Japanese-language Excel, and a choice of CSV columns. See the pricing panel for the current price. The app does not read customer names, phone numbers or email addresses; it reads the date and time, service, staff and head count of each booking. Sheets and files are made in your browser, no booking data is stored on a server, and your bookings are never changed.
