Beacon Rental Bookings turns your website into a rental shop. Every item, from kayaks and bikes to trailers, bounce houses or cabins, gets a photo card. Customers pick their dates, choose how many, add other items to the same order and pay through your site's checkout. Rent by the hour, day or night. Hourly rentals can run past closing for several days, and daily rentals are picked as a range on the calendar. Set prices for longer rentals, such as 4 hours for $120 or a week for $300, and add weekend or season rates. Customers get the lower price. Each item has its own capacity, so the calendar stops taking bookings when you're out, and slots are held while the customer pays. You can ask for a driver's licence number or a delivery address, add a tick box for your rental terms and collect a refundable deposit. Bookings show in your dashboard as a list and a calendar, and you can subscribe to them from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. The free plan includes one bookable item. The paid plan adds unlimited items, resources such as specific boats or rooms, and deposits. Prefer not to set it up yourself? Send us your prices and we'll set it up for free.
