ParcelRate - Australia Post connects your Store checkout to the Australia Post API, so customers see live shipping prices calculated from the actual parcel rather than a flat rate set by hand. As an order is placed, the app estimates the parcel weight and size, requests a live price, applies your pricing rules, and presents a rate before payment. Getting started involves connecting a free Australia Post API key and confirming the connection is working. A guide in the app covers the one setup step done in your Shipping & Fulfillment settings, since that part sits outside what the app can configure on its own. If Australia Post is temporarily unreachable, or the connection isn't fully set up, checkout uses a flat rate you have defined instead, so a shopper is less likely to be left without a shipping option. The free plan provides one live quoted service alongside that fallback rate. Pro allows multiple services at once, each with a custom checkout label, plus options to hide prepaid satchel rates, add handling fees, remove GST from quoted prices, apply a free shipping threshold, and set per-product box dimensions individually or by importing them from the existing catalog.
