Sign Quote Form is a quote request form made for sign and print shops. Your customers pick the type of sign, give the width and height, the quantity and the material, add the date they need it by and any details, and attach their artwork. Each request is saved on your site and appears on a Quote requests page in your dashboard, newest first, with search and a status filter. Open a request to see every detail, download the artwork and mark it quoted, won or lost. You also get an email for every request, and the customer is added to your contacts, or matched to the contact that already has their email. Artwork files, up to 5 per request and 50 MB each (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF or ZIP), go to your Media Manager as private files that only you and your team can open. In the editor you set your own list of sign types and materials, the default units, which extra fields to ask for (phone, company, needed-by date), the heading, the button text and the thank-you message. The form follows your site's fonts and colors, or you can pick your own. Sign Quote Form is free, with no plans, no account and nothing to buy.
