Address autofill speeds up checkout - but some postal codes return the wrong city, region, or nothing at all. This leads to incorrect labels, returns, and manual corrections. Address Override adds a silent correction layer to your checkout. Define rules by country and postal code, and the app automatically replaces incorrect autofilled values - city, state/region, or both - with your chosen values. Customers see the right address. You ship with confidence. Your dashboard shows corrections applied today and all time. Each rule tracks how many times it has been applied, so you can see what matters most. The app also detects gaps. When autocomplete can't resolve a region for a postal code, it's recorded silently. Your dashboard surfaces the most-seen postal codes with missing data, so you always know where to add a rule next. Rules are applied instantly with no visible delay. Larger rule sets can be uploaded in bulk via spreadsheet on Pro and Unlimited plans. Note: a postal code must be present in the autocomplete response for a rule to be applied. Formerly called "Address Override". You may still see this name referenced within the dashboard and internal configuration areas.
